How to Request a Return or Report a Problem

Attach photos or videos showing the issue.

Wait for verification and pickup confirmation.

Once approved, a replacement or credit will be issued.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in cases of transit damage, wrong product, or manufacturing defect.

Window: Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

No Fees: We do not charge restocking fees or additional deductions.

Once your return is verified and approved:

We will replace the product with the same or similar item (minor wood grain variations may occur), or
-
Offer a store credit of equal value for your next order.
Refunds are not provided for custom-made or approved stencil designs.

What’s Covered ?

🚚 Non-Delivery – If your order never arrives.

📦 Damaged / Wrong Product – If the item is defective or not what you ordered.

📝 Mismatch – If the product does not match the description or confirmed design.
⏱ Timelines

Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Once approved, we process refunds in 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Important to Know

Since each product is custom-made, cancellations and refunds (advance or full) are not possible once your sketch is made.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Non-delivery

Damage in transit

Wrong product

Major mismatch from approved design

Refunds cannot be requested simply because you didn’t like the stencil, sketch, or wood pattern.
In such cases, you may:-
Request a revised design, or

Place a new order with updated preferences.

Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind requests once production begins.
